Using TazTag
TazTag is free to download and use. It's a record-keeping tool for test and tag - it helps you record, organise and export test results, but the testing itself and the judgement behind it are yours.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for making sure your testing and record-keeping meet the relevant standards (such as AS/NZS 3760) and your workplace's obligations. TazTag doesn't perform or verify tests, and doesn't guarantee that using it meets any particular compliance requirement.
Your data
Records you create in TazTag are stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for exporting and keeping copies of registers you need to retain.
No warranty
TazTag is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TazTag's developers aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored on your device.
